1. Agreement to Terms

4. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for your account, connected devices, and activity. Do not share accounts, evade punishments through alts, or impersonate other users or staff.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any user account for rules violations, security concerns, fraud prevention, platform abuse, or operational needs.

5. Purchases, Ranks, and Digital Goods

DirtbagMC may offer purchases through third-party services such as Tebex. By making a purchase, you understand that:

• Payments may be handled by third-party payment processors
• Ranks, perks, subscriptions, and digital items may change over time
• The server, economy, worlds, and gameplay systems may be modified, reset, or discontinued
• Purchases do not grant ownership of DirtbagMC, its infrastructure, or its virtual systems

Refund eligibility, if any, is subject to applicable checkout terms, payment processor rules, and local law. Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse may result in revoked perks, restricted access, or permanent removal.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

We reserve the right to moderate the Services at our discretion in order to protect the community and maintain operations.

• Message or content deletion
• Rank, item, or perk revocation
• Appeal denial where appropriate

Not every violation will receive a warning first.
